Platform refers to third-party networks like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Start Count is the visible metric before an order begins, while End Count is the Start Count plus ordered quantity. Refill refers to replacement of dropped engagement within the eligible period.

3. Description of Services

Shaker.co.ke provides promotional digital services intended to enhance visibility and perceived engagement on social media platforms. These services do not guarantee authentic interaction, sales, or audience retention. Users acknowledge that these services are cosmetic and may involve third-party providers or automated systems.

4. Digital Services Non-Tangible Clause

All services provided are digital, intangible, and non-returnable. Once an order is processed or delivered, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdrawal or refund once service execution begins.

5. Platform Risk Disclaimer

Social media platforms may change algorithms, remove engagement, suspend accounts, or restrict content at any time. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for any loss, drop, or account action taken by them. Users accept all risks associated with using third-party platforms.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that all provided links and usernames are correct and accessible. Accounts must remain public during order processing. Changing usernames, links, or account settings during an active order may result in incomplete delivery with no refund or refill eligibility. Users must not use multiple providers simultaneously for the same link or content.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, extremism, pornography, scams, phishing, spam, political manipulation, or any activity that violates platform rules or applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

8. Orders & Service Delivery

Orders typically start within 0–168 hours. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to system maintenance, API issues, platform changes, or high demand. We reserve the right to adjust service methods or providers to ensure order completion.

9. Start Count / End Count Rule

Refill eligibility is determined based on the End Count (Start Count + ordered quantity). If engagement drops below the End Count but remains above the Start Count, refill may apply. Drops below Start Count are not guaranteed for refill.

10. Refill Policy

Refill services are only available for eligible orders and must be requested within the specified period. Refill is void if the username changes, account becomes private, content is deleted, or another provider is used. Minor fluctuations (typically under 5–10%) may not qualify for refill.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they are in "Pending" status. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible. Delayed orders may be canceled at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

12. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Shaker.co.ke.You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account. Orders placed in Shaker.co.ke will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Shaker.co.ke account if the order is non deliverable Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund.No refunds will be issued for Processing orders, completed orders, incorrect submissions, private accounts, or user errors Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting support first will result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to reverse services, ban accounts, and restrict access permanently in such cases.

14. Proof Requirement

For certain services such as watch time or live views, users may be required to provide valid proof including screenshots with timestamps. Submission of false or manipulated proof will result in suspension.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations including fraud, abuse, spam, system manipulation, multiple provider usage, chargebacks, or breach of Terms. Decisions are final and at our discretion.

16. Important Service Rules

All services are non-refundable. Engagement may drop over time. We do not guarantee platform compliance outcomes. Users must not misuse services or attempt to exploit the system.

17. Standards Against CSAE

We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation content. Any violation will result in permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

18. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or accounts. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaker.co.ke from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

20. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or platform changes.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration before proceeding to courts.

22. Appearance & Engagement Disclaimer

Shaker.co.ke services are intended solely to enhance the visual appearance and perceived engagement of your social media accounts. We do not guarantee that followers, likes, or views obtained through our services will interact with your content. We only guarantee delivery of the quantity purchased. Additionally, we do not guarantee that all accounts will have profile pictures, biographies, or uploaded content, although we strive to maintain quality across all services.

23. Drop Disclaimer & Server Usage

Due to the nature of digital services, fluctuations or drops in followers, likes, or views may occur over time. Not all drops qualify for refill, and eligibility depends on the specific service purchased. Users must carefully read service descriptions before placing orders. You must not use multiple providers or services simultaneously for the same link, as this may distort results and void eligibility for refunds or refills.

24. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for spam, phishing, hate speech, illegal activities, or any malicious or harmful purposes. Unauthorized reselling, redistribution, or exploitation of our services is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

25. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, software, designs, text, and branding elements on this platform, are the intellectual property of Shaker.co.ke or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.

26. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party platform names such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter are used strictly for identification and reference purposes. Any trademark owner may request removal of their intellectual property by contacting us at [email protected], and we will comply accordingly under applicable trademark laws.

27. Service Disclaimer
